Brazil Adoptions - Brazil is a Hague country. All adoptions are facilitated through limiarusa@aol.com Only older children are available and you must stay in country for an extended period of time. Post placement reports follow for a relatively short period of time but are very detailed.
India Adoptions - India is a Hague country. One or both of the prospective adoptive parents must be of Indian descent. Childless couples are given first priority in the process. Infants and older children available for adoption. A guardianship order is granted and finalization of the adoption happens in Canada.
Jamaician Adoptions - All adoptions are facilitated by the Jamaica Adoption Board. Couples or singles may apply but must be prepared for a challenging process. A guardianship order is granted and finalization of the adoption happens in Canada. Children available for adoption are older.
Kazakhstan adoptions - PROGRAM IS CLOSED.
Relative Adoptions and specialty countries - each case is assessed on an individual basis.
