To instruct families on the processes of adoption and immigration |

To ensure that potential adoptive parents are fully aware of issues surrounding adoption, inter-country adoption, and inter-racial adoption |

To instruct families on health issues and considerations unique to the internationally adopted child |

To help potential adoptive parents decide if international adoption would be an appropriate method for them to build their family |

• |
To provide basic training required to fulfill Manitoba Regulations and Home Assessment criteria for adoption. |
